Experience working in an outsourcing environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with tools like Jira, Trello, Slack, Notion, Google Workspace, etc.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, particularly Scrum and Agile.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to prioritize, handle ambiguity, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Certifications in Project management.
Working schedule aligned with Toronto (EST) time zone.
English proficiency at an advanced level.
Previous experience as a QA Engineer/Developer.
Experience working with clients from the US, Canada, and Europe.
